As such in our recruiting process we look for individuals who have strong capability in both areas, where our competitors might approach this in a more dipolar fashion. Currently we deliver solutions worldwide via our Internet Hosted Solutions, and as such we also place great value on international experience.

Typically we don't recruit for individual positions, rather seek to position an individual where they are of most benefit to the team and the business opportunities at hand. Currently the skills we believe are most in demand in the market are senior business/technology architects - i.e. someone who can produce an enterprise technology architecture as well as being able to relate it back to customer business at operational and P&L level.
