Prototype to production

Built something with AI? Here's what it needs before it runs your business

Vibe-coded apps are quick to make and good for trying out an idea. Running a business on one is another matter. Customer data needs protecting, failures need catching early, and someone has to answer when it breaks. An Accelerated Build takes what you have to that standard.

Common challenges

Signs a prototype has outgrown itself

Real customers on an unfinished app

It started as a test. Now people rely on it, and it was never built for that.

No tests and no monitoring

Nobody knows it is down until a customer complains, and every change risks breaking something else.

No one who can explain how it works

The code was generated quickly, and nobody on the team can say what happens when it fails.

Security as an afterthought

Passwords, personal data and payments are handled in ways no one has reviewed.

How it works

How an Accelerated Build works

1

Review what you have

We review the prototype as a record of what the software needs to do, then give you a fixed price to rebuild it to production standard. The rebuild designs the architecture and user experience properly, so what you run is secure, tested and supportable.

2

Build in fixed-price slices

AI does most of the coding, directed by senior engineers and your business knowledge. Each slice is a working release, you can stop after any of them, and first releases start from $25,000.

3

Run it properly

Once it is live, a Run plan covers monitoring, updates and support, from $750 a month per app.
