Apply and get vetted
A written questionnaire, a 60-minute interview with a Principal Associate, and two referees from clients or senior colleagues.
Agree how you'll deliver
Agreement to deliver within the AI SDLC and Accelerated Build, including an onboarding session, plus your own professional indemnity insurance and a New Zealand company or sole-trader business.
Join engagements
The client contracts with Advancer. You subcontract to Advancer at an agreed rate, and Advancer adds a margin, usually 10 to 20%, which covers sales, contracts, quality assurance, methodology, tools and the brand. You keep your own business, and a 12-month non-solicit applies to clients you meet through Advancer.
