How Advancer runs an Accelerated Build day to day. It sets what an AI agent may do without a human checking first, based on the risk of the change, and it's the same process every associate agrees to when they join an engagement.

Establish

Before any interviews, we stand up the delivery machinery. The engagement’s business brain goes live with its capture workflows, so decisions, domain rules and lessons are recorded as a by-product of the work rather than written up afterwards. Repositories, the verification gates and the agent working environment are set up at the same time, and a candidate design system is generated from your brand and agreed with you early, then frozen so every screen an agent builds is on-brand by construction.

Define

With the machinery running, we map the whole system at low resolution. Sponsor and technical interviews set the objectives, the success measures and the constraints. Every major capability is named, none of them elaborated yet, and that map is what stops slice-based delivery from drifting later. It ends with the minimum coherent product defined as a prioritised slice map.

Deliver

Delivery runs as a loop, one slice at a time. We spec the slice, build it with agents working inside agreed limits, verify it against tests and security scans the agent can’t bypass, then show working software to the people who asked for it. Redirects and new ideas at that point aren’t scope creep. They’re the reason we build in slices instead of committing to a fixed plan up front, and each one updates the map for what’s next.

The role that runs it

The Forward Deployed Engineer

One person combines the architect, the business analyst and the commercial judgement an engagement needs. They translate what a client says into direction an agent can act on, and translate what the agent produces back into a business outcome the client can judge. They decide what a slice actually needs, not only what was asked for, and they own the slice map throughout delivery.
