Challenge
Two earlier attempts to give staff a usable SharePoint information architecture had failed, and the vendors behind them were expensive. Separately, the safety training management system needed a new direction, one that would let digital training be expanded internationally.
What we did
- Project managed the SharePoint recovery and worked hands-on in the implementation.
- Replaced under-performing, expensive vendors with contractors hired directly.
- Ran workshops with the safety training subject matter experts and helped them shape a new platform strategy.
- Designed a multi-tenant architecture so digital training could be expanded internationally.
Outcome
The information management programme was delivered at a fraction of the earlier cost, and the safety training team came away with a platform strategy and an architecture designed for international growth.
