Challenge
The pump payment hardware and software, the electronic fuel gauges and the back-office systems all needed replacing across a multi-region network of fuel sites that had to stay open.
What we did
- Managed the end-to-end replacement of hardware and software for the pump and back-office systems and the fuel gauges.
- Rolled the change out site by site across both islands, with sites trading throughout.
- Led post-go-live stabilisation and the governance reset that followed.
Outcome
Replacement payment systems in place across the network without closing sites.
